Power Pack Porridge

Lately, we have been enjoying a very hearty breakfast with many of the superfoods that we use in our raw smoothies.

We call it Power Pack Porridge

Here is the recipe:

Pocono Cream of Buckwheat Hot Cereal
(raw version – sprouted buckwheat groats)
1/4 cup of walnuts, pecans or soaked almonds
1 Tbs hemp seeds
1 Tbs flax seeds
3 Tbs goji berries
1 tsp grade B maple syrup
1/2-1 sliced apple
1/4 tsp sea salt
almond milk

Add superfoods and almond milk to the cereal and enjoy. Your day will be power packed!
