Qigong Practice

Qigong practices are an excellent support for one’s deepening into inner peace and presence, where true healing is found. This gentle, ancient art is known to bring us in alignment with nature and its flow and allows us to see that reflection in ourselves.  As we practice qigong forms, we are able to effortlessly rest in awareness through our connection to our bodies, our breath and the moment. The practices and meditations I share allow the mind to become quiet so that the open heart can be experienced. As our bodies gently moves through qigong forms, we can express the dance of life within.
